Andy has worked in the Scottish commercial property market for over 15 years. For the 4 years prior to setting up Wright Buchanan, Andy ran his own business, Wright & Co.

He specialises in retail & leisure property with extensive experience in the out of town sector where he provides acquisition, development, letting and asset management advice.

Andy has advised key landlords and developers including Peel Holdings, Forrest Developments, LxB, Elphinstone, Credit Suisse, PIP, Progressive, Hammerson and Retail Property Holdings.

On the occupier side, Andy has acted for Dunelm, Comet, Halfords, Pets at Home, Focus, Wickes, Travis Perkins, Artisan, In-Floor, Lidl and Wyevale.
