Andy has worked in the Scottish commercial property market for over 14 years. For the 4 years prior to setting up Wright Buchanan, Andy ran his own business, Wright & Co.

He specialises in retail & leisure property with extensive experience in the out of town sector where he provides acquisition, development, letting and asset management advice.

Andy has advised key landlords and developers including Peel Holdings, Forrest Developments, LxB, Elphinstone, Credit Suisse, PIP, Progressive, Hammerson and Retail Property Holdings.

On the occupier side, Andy has acted for Dunelm, Comet, Halfords, Pets at Home, Focus, Wickes, Travis Perkins, Artisan, In-Floor, Lidl and Wyevale.

Craig has been involved in the commercial property market in Scotland for over 14 years. Prior to setting up Wright Buchanan, Craig was a Director with Jones Lang LaSalle for 5 years.

He is known as a retail & leisure specialist, with particular emphasis on the retail warehouse sector. He also has significant experience in shopping centre development & leasing, high street and leisure agency.

Craig has advised major institutional and private landlords and developers including Prudential, MacDonald Estates, Invista, Morley, Henry Boot Developments, Forrest Developments and British Land.

On the occupier side, Craig has acted for Archers SleepCentre, Argos, Borders, Dreams, Harry Corry, Hotel La Tour and Instyle.
